You are what you eat. Therefore can you say that Are you what you act? Fake it until you make it. It's suddenly a principle that has come of age. As crazy as it sounds there's more and more evidence that it's true. In a culture that is increasingly sedentary, people who practice acting, moving, taking action have a decided advantage.
