Ceci is a photographer for the local newspaper. Her father has recently passed away, leaving her and her mother-in-law with the family estate where her father used to organize a Christmas party. During this event, the townspeople would decorate trees on the grounds, and the proceeds from the Christmas tree sales would be donated to charitable causes.

One day, Ceci comes across a motorcyclist who has had an accident, and she saves him. However, she soon begins to suspect that the motorcyclist, Sam, is there to buy her and her mother-in-law's land. Unexpected events unfold, and suddenly, they find themselves reviving her father's tradition.
