As the wife of famed artist Richard Smithson, Claire leads a quiet life. Once she was an artist with great potential, but now Claire is forced to be in the shadow of her husband's success. Storyline

As his health rapidly deteriorates, Claire hides Richard's troubles from the art community in an attempt to reunite her husband with his estranged daughter from a previous marriage and grandson.
