A young woman named Katherine Alden becomes the unwanted victim of her new handsome next door neighbor Caleb, after her and her husband and son moves to a new town for a fresh start from a robbery. After Katherine's annoying new friend Brianne sees a bad side of Caleb, Katherine soon realizes that Caleb isn't the charming and caring next door neighbor that he claims to be. A detective is also out to find Caleb and destroy Caleb for killing his goddaughter. As the bodies pile up, who will survive Caleb's rampage?
